The Intro-To-Pilates class is required for ALL first-time clients coming to Symmetry Pilates & Wellness. Regardless of prior pilates experience. Intake, safety, policy’s, movement assessment, need for medical clearance, equipment intro and movement warm up. Intro will be followed by review of services, recommendations and question/answering time. Class length is 30-40 min. Let's get you moving your best!
